Wolf Tooth's exclusive design is 10% oval and timing 112° after TDC (top dead center). These values offer the advantage of oval rings without the drawbacks of excess oval or more aggressive timing. The easiest way to describe the "feel" is where the pedal stroke is the weakest point, chainrings have fewer two teeth, and at the most powerful place, you will feel as if there are two teeth in the most. Constantly changing the radius of the chainring so that the torque required to turn the crank will always be changed and match the power output. For example, a 34t chainring is like 32t on the weak part of the pedal stroke and 36t at the point where the leg is most powerful.
